Winter Swimming: Find Your Challenge

I went winter swimming this past February, on one of the coldest days of the year.

I think the temperature here in Toronto was about -20 C that day, but the wind chill made it feel much colder.

My swim was captured on film by a local crew from Penda Productions. The two minute video is worth the watch, not only because they did a great job in capturing the event, but because it conveys a message.

Don’t ever settle for status quo. Intentional challenges such as this keep us moving forward, inch by inch.

Turn your sound on and have a watch:

I’m pleased to share this video with you here and hope you not only enjoy it, but find it inspirational.

PS:  Let me know in the comments what you think.

And I’d love to hear about the last thing you did that was hard and challenged your beliefs about what you are capable of!
