After talking with Andralyn, I thought it would be a great idea to put together a simple stretching guide. A book that would cover the basics, with descriptions and photos to match each exercise.
So that’s what we’ve done. The book contains the two most important stretches that everyone should do (in other words, if you only have time for two, do these). In addition, we’ve included another 12 techniques (the daily dozen) that can be done post-workout or at any time during the day when you need a loosen up a bit.
