How hard can it be? Well, now that I’m EXPERIENCED, it’s not hard at all. And I got plenty of experience last Christmas making my first medicine ball, and if you haven’t read my post on that particular gem of an evening, I suggest you do it right now. It’s worth the effort and you’ll learn everything not to do in the meantime.

This Sunday morning I’m surrounded by luxuries normally taken for granted: a dry roof over my head, a bed to sleep in, chairs to sit on, clean clothes, my computer and phone… and naturally my morning espresso. But for most of this past week, I’ve expanded my zone of comfort as I’ve gone without those things (even eschewing shoes and socks at times) as I camped in the woods of West Virginia’s Mountain Lakes region with MovNat founder and trainer Erwan Le Corre, his assistant Jeff Kuhland, and five other trainees on a MovNat Re-Awakening course.
