StrengthBox is a unique kind of space. It’s not a typical health or fitness club. StrengthBox is exactly what its name implies: an industrial-style “box” gym, where real-world fitness is paramount, and where there’s lots of room to move, train and get strong. You won’t find mirrors, rows of cardio machines or signs that say “don’t drop the weights”. There’s no sales staff selling endless memberships. You will find the best in semi-private and small-group training, a supportive community, and programming that fosters amazing results!
About Greg:
Greg has a passion for inspiring others to reach their fitness goals. An enthusiastic teacher, Greg is an experienced personal trainer and has established several successful bootcamps in Toronto. Interested in total-body fitness and in natural movement, he’s also no stranger to barefoot running and particularly enjoys training in nature. He has worked with Erwan LeCorre (founder of MovNat), and this spring will act as LeCorre’s assistant coach in a MovNat workshop-retreat to be held in the jungles of Brazil.
Known for his straight-forward and holistic approach, Greg knows how to combine practical, effective workouts with sound nutrition and lifestyle habits. He’s used his system to overcome his own chronic health problems in the past, and now helps others transform their own lives, regardless of age or physical condition. He credits his own success to the motivation he gets from others, be they mentor, coach, or client. “I’m driven by other people’s enthusiasm, and love showing people how to look and feel their best”, he says.

About Liz:
Liz is delighted to be exploring the world of fitness and human movement at StrengthBox. With a diverse background in dance, yoga, barbell training, and even trapeze, Liz brings a unique training perspective and a wicked sense of humour to her clients. As a new mom, Liz has first-hand experience with training while hoping to become pregnant, during pregnancy, and post-partum. She also works in the film and television industry, and will be happy to allay any concerns that training hard will make you bulky!
